Collection and delivery are available for this Friday. Please select chosen day below. Ordering cut off day is Thursday 7PM every week. We would suggest ordering after Monday as we like to change the menu over the weekend.

1. To Start (F)

Roast cauliflower and nigella seed bhaji.
Roast cauliflower, white onion and nigella seed bhaji, yellow split pea Dahl with minted coconut yogurt and date and tamarind syrup.
Gimbals Focaccia- Enough for 2.
Gimbals homemade sundried tomato and smoked garlic focaccia, garden herb olive oil, Gimbals balsamic syrup, Gordal pitted olives with Guindilla chillies, homemade hummus with wild garlic olive oil and Ancho chilli flakes. Enough for 2.
Grilled Isle of Man queen scallops.
Grilled Isle of Man queen scallops in half a shell with a prawn, garlic, lemon, coriander and gruyere gratin.
Salad of Friendly smokehouse maple and cherry smoked chicken.
Friendly smokehouse maple and cherry smoked chicken salad with streaky bacon, roasted cashews, fresh mango, olive oil crostini and mango ginger dressing.  

2. Mains (F)

Gimbals Lamb Kleftico.
Slow cooked leg of lamb in a bag with lemon juice, garlic, garden rosemary, oregano and fondant potato with chickpea puree, pomegranate jewels and mint sauce.
Salt baked celeriac rosti.
Salt baked celeriac rosti with Portabello mushroom, filled with melted white onions, baby spinach, feta and pine nuts with balsamic fig relish.  
BBQ sticky belly pork.
BBQ sticky belly pork with wild garlic green beans, smoked pineapple chutney and crackling.  
Indian scented smoked haddock kedgeree cakes.
Indian scented smoked haddock kegeree cakes with Wilted spinach and samphire korma with apricot chutney.    
Black treacle and Yorkshire oxtail braised brisket.
Black treacle and Yorkshire oxtail braised brisket of beef with Roscoff melted onions.
Sea food bisque.
Seafood bisque with rouille, gruyere and crostini. Hake, monkfish, tiger prawns, white crab, plaice and cod cheek's.

3. Sides – Enough for 2 (F)

Black lime and cumin roast sweet potato wedges, spring onions and nigella seeds.
Greek butterbeans in a rich tomato oregano sauce and crumbed feta.
Early season Jersey royals, slightly crushed with crème fraiche, butter, mint and chives.
Mixed spring vegetables of kohlrabi, white sprouting broccoli, spring greens, melted white onions, black garlic roasted cauliflower and smoked almonds.

4. Puddings – one each is essential!! (F)

Hebden Gāt cheese board.
Hebden Bridge “Gāt” goats milk cheese from tenacres farm. Simons spicy nuts, sweet cucumber pickle, quince paste and Gavino olive oil biscuits with rosemary and sea salt.
Yorkshire forced roast rhubarb and Braeburn apple crumble with Chantilly cream.
Gimbals artisan cheese board.
Devils Rock organic mild blue washed rind Nattacrop Brie from the award winning organic cheeses from the Pexteniment cheese company, Todmorden, creamy Lancashire with Simons spicy nuts, sweet cucumber pickle and Gavino olive oil biscuits with rosemary and sea salt.  
Espresso martini chocolate mousse.
Gimbals famous sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and double cream.
Potted summer raspberry, meringue and white chocolate trifle pot.

Magic Rock “Salty Kiss” Gooseberry Gose.
Originally a collaboration brew with Kissmeyer Beer. A traditional German style Gose, flavoured with Gooseberry, Sea Buckthorn and Sea Salt. Tart, lightly sour, fruity and refreshing with a defined saltiness an excellent accompaniment to food.
Magic Rock “High Wire” west coast pale ale.
